Refund and Exchange Policies:

We truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 10 days (in the same condition, of course) for a full refund, credit, or exchange. We cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by incorrect packaging on the return so please use insured mail and pack securely.

Cannot Find What you Wanted?

Please don't hesitate to drop us a line or call if you would like more information on anything listed on this Site. If a tooth is listed as "SOLD OUT" we probably have something similar in stock that can be offered to you. Also, if there is any particular shark tooth (or general vertebrate fossil) that you are looking for please let us know. We carry a very large fossil inventory but concentrate mainly on the megalodons, Great White, Makos, and other species of shark teeth. If we don't have something you're looking for, we can probably get it for you or put you in contact with someone who has what you want.

To Order

Ordering may be done by several methods : mail, phone, email, or via our website. We have included item numbers to make it easy to specify which fossil you want - if an item does not have an item number they can be ordered by name/species/etc.. Please include your name, address, and phone number with all orders so we can get in touch with you in case there are any questions. Please also note that WE MAINTAIN A MINIMUM ORDER OF $10. Anything under this amount will automatically be charged a $5 low-order fee for processing.

Shipping

We now proudly offer FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE US. Orders to other countries are charged a small surcharge to cover the added costs but we still pay a portion of the shipping for you. All orders in the US ship by either First Class or Priority Mail and international orders ship by either First Class International or Priority Mail International. Express shipping is also avaiable for an added cost but please call/email first to place this order. We generally ship no later than the next business day and do everything possible to get your item to you EXACTLY WHEN YOU NEED IT!.

International Orders

We have shipped orders to more than 60 different countries and almost never encounter any problems. Fossil shark teeth are legal to import by every country that we've encountered so far and go through customs with very little hassle. There MAY be a small import duty imposed by customs (based on the value of the package) but this varies greatly by country and is independent of us - WE don't charge you any extra tax for shipping!! For estimated shipping costs and methods please see the above paragraph. One more quick note as this comes up quite often with our international customers. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST THAT WE LOWER THE DECLARED VALUE ON THE CUSTOMS FORM! We legally cannot write an incorrect value or change the item description, etc. just to save you money on customs. I wish it were easier, and no, it is NOT FAIR to you, but if you don't like it please complain to your government to change their laws. Our laws in the US are clear and we must make customs declarations accurate.

Payment may be made via cashier's check, money order, or personal check payable to Steve's Fossil Shark Teeth, Inc. Idaho residents please add 6% state sales tax.
